Payment of Registration Fees

Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering. Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard we can’t accept American Express or Maestro.

On receipt of your registration, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent automatically. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the Conference Organisers by emailing sheema.ali@ioa.org.uk

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations are non-refundable 

REGISTRATION

The registration desk will be located in the TIC foyer area and will be open from 1600 till 1800 Monday 15 June 2026, and from 0800 on Tuesday 16 June 2026 through to Thursday 18 June 2026 (during conference hours).

SPEAKER PREVIEW

You will be required to send your presentation in advance of the conference. If you have amended or updated your presentation you should bring your presentation to the Speaker Preview as soon as possible, at the start of the day or in any of the refreshment or lunch breaks. The Speaker Preview will be located in the TIC foyer.

BADGES

For security, please wear your name badge at all times. Your badge can be collected at the registration desk on arrival.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to delegates after the event. Please allow up to 14 working days

WI-FI

There will be complimentary Wi-fi available at the venue.

PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & MOBILE PHONES

Please note that all photography and filming is prohibited in any of the conference sessions.

Mobile phones should be placed on ‘silent’ during the conference sessions.

There will be a conference photographer taking pictures during the conference.

CATERING – DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

The registration form allows you to choose Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free diets, if you have any other requirements please email sheema.ali@ioa.org.uk
